Any purchase made in-person, from a retail location, or from a third party site, is not eligible for return through this site. Retail or third-party locations may have their own return policies.
RETURN PROCESS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email contact.teresatreen@gmail.com with your first and last name, order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos [particularly in cases of damaged items] or other information, within 14 days of purchase.
We will respond to your email within 5-7 business days with detailed instructions, including a return address.

Once you have received instruction, carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging. If the original packing materials are unavailable, use equivalent packaging.
Ship the package to the return address provided, using a trackable service. We recommend insuring the package, as we are not liable for loss or damage during transit on returned items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your return can be processed within 5-7 business days, and a refund can be issued to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact.teresatreen@gmail.com with your first and last name, order number, and any other relevant information, within 48 hours of delivery. Please be sure to include photos of the damaged product, as well as its original packaging, as well as any other relevant information you would like to provide.
Once your email has been received, we will work to resolve the issue, typically resulting in either replacing the damaged item or providing you with a full refund.
Paintings and prints are insured to their cost value when shipped. This guarantees that if any purchase gets damaged or lost in the shipment process, the postal service will either notify or return the package to me, and a full refund can then be issued.
INSURANCE & PROTECTION:
All orders are shipped with tracking information and shipping insurance, covering the total value of the artwork incase of loss or damage.
