DELIVERY SERVICE:

• All painting and print orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

• After your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive another email containing your tracking information.

• Most orders are shipped using Canada Post (which becomes USPS upon entering the United States). Eligibility for this service is determined based on the mailing address you've provided.

• Orders that are not shipped through Canada Post will be shipped with the next equivalent service (most often UPS, Purolator, or FedEx). This may apply to select international orders, including those to the United States. Eligibility is determined based on the mailing address you've provided.

SHIPPING TIMES:

• Most original paintings (excluding commissions) will dispatch within 5 business days from when they are purchased, unless otherwise specified (excludes holidays & weekends).

• Most print orders can be dispatched within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Where stated, some print orders can take up to 1-4 weeks to dispatch. This is because a limited quantity of prints are kept in stock to reduce waste and overproduction costs.

• Orders shipped within Canada may take up to 2 weeks to arrive after being dispatched, assuming no further or unexpected postal service delays.

• Orders shipped internationally may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, assuming no further or unexpected postal service delays. International shipping times can vary.

• Please always allow for additional shipping time in case of delays.

DELIVERY FEES:

• All shipping fees are in addition to the cost of the item, unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and are based on the product type, as well as the overall package size and weight.

• Shipping fees for international orders (including within the United States) may require addiitonal duty/tariff/customs fees after the order has been placed, or after the order has been dispatched**. I will do my best to try and avoid extra shipping charges to you after you have placed your order, but please understand that (particularly after your order has been dispatched) it is not always possible for me to do so.

** Buyer is always responsible for any customs fees, import fees/taxes, duties, return charges, or any other additional fees, otherwise not specified, that may be encountered after the order has been dispatched.

PROTECTION & DAMAGES:

• Liability coverage (shipping insurance) is always included with the shipment or every painting and print.

  • This guarantees that if any purchase gets damaged or lost in the shipment process, the postal service will either notify or return the package to me, and the cost of the order can be re-processed or refunded to you.

• A signature upon delivery will be required by default for all painting purchases, as well as for all orders valued at $200.00 CAD or more (before shipping costs).

• Print orders valued at less than $200.00 CAD will not require a signature upon delivery, and will be delivered without, by default.

• I do my very best to ensure that all pieces are well-protected and shipped as securely as possible. However, after the package has been dispatched, and the handling is up to the postal service, accidents can happen and I can no longer be held accountable. In the unlikely event that something happens to an original painting during the shipment process, and a full refund has been issued, I will be happy to re-create the piece for you. Please understand that in this case, we will need to start the process from the beginning, as your previous purchase will have been fully refunded. Click here for more information on refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• If you would like to place an order that consists of multiple items and are concerned about having to pay for shipping more than once, please contact me for shipping fee adjustments before placing your order.

  • Alternatively, you can also place orders for multiple items through my Etsy Storefront.

• Original paintings are one-of-a-kind, meaning that there is only ever ONE in stock. In the unlikely event of accidental advertisement or an original painting that is not actually in-stock or available, which results in a purchse or order that cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded.

• As shipping services and times can sometimes be unpredictable, I appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding!
