1. To commission me for an original painting, please join my commission waitlist, or otherwise contact me with your ideas, photo references, and any other information/preferences you'd like to share, including size and colour scheme. Although I primarily work with acrylics on canvas (and will assume that this is what you're looking for unless otherwise specified), I am open to working in many sizes and styles, and will aim create a piece that's tailored to your vision. 2. Once we have confirmed the details of your painting, I will give you a price as well as a latest date of completion. Your piece will usually* be completed within 2-4 weeks, and if shipping is required, please allow for an additional 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive**.
3. A (non-refundable) deposit of 50% of the total cost of your commission is required upfront upon confirming your order. If you wish, you can wait to pay the remainder of the cost until the painting has been completed and is to your liking. Please keep in mind that in this case, the painting must still be paid in full before the piece will be shipped/delivered to you. Commissions can be purchased through PayPal, which I will send you the link/information to.
*Larger/more intricate pieces may take longer.
**Depending on your location - Orders shipped in Canada can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Shipping internationally may take longer, and can also vary. Please allow for additional shipping time in the case of delays.
Commissioned pieces are prices based both on the subject & complexity of your reference image(s) or ideas, as well as the size of the painting/piece. Custom pieces are priced the same way my other original works are - if you are looking for an approximate price range, please feel free to view the prices of my available paintings in my shop.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your piece is required upon confirmation of your order, before your commission will be started. (This is to cover the cost of materials, time, and effort expended upon the case of a cancellation, as well as to secure your spot. Please understand that as commissioned pieces are custom-made for you, this non-refundable deposit is required.) This deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of your order, and you will only have to pay the remaining cost upon the completion of your piece.

All shipping fees are additional. I am based in Canada, but paintings and prints can be shipped internationally. Paintings are always shipped with protection and insurance. For more information regarding shipping procedures and fees, please click here.
