As of August 29, 2025, orders outside of Canada (inlcuding to the United States) may be subject to additional shipping fees [import fees/taxes, tariff charges, customs, or duty fees] after the item has been dispatched to you. I will try to avoid this, to the best of my abilities, but please understand that these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

• All orders will come with tracking information and shipping insurance, covering the total value of the order, in the case of loss or damage. 

• After your order has been placed, you will receive an email to confirm your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive another email containing your tracking information.

• Most orders will be shipped with Canada Post's Expedited Shipping service, which includes tracking information and insurance. Eligibility is determined based on the mailing address you've provided.

• Orders that are not shipped through Canada Post's Expedited Shipping will be shipped with the next equivalent service (most often UPS, Purolator, or FedEx). This may apply to select international orders, including those to the United States. Eligibility is determined based on the mailing address you've provided. All orders will come with shipping insurance and tracking information, regardless of which service is used. 

• Most original painting orders [not including commissions] will dispatch within 5 business days [excluding holidays & weekends].

• Fine art print orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days, but can sometimes take up to 1-4 weeks. This is because a limited quantity of prints are kept in stock to reduce waste & overproduction costs.

• Orders shipped in Canada can take up to 2 weeks to arrive after being dispatched, assuming no further / unexpected postal service delays. 

• Orders shipped internationally may take longer than 2 weeks to arrive, and delivery times can also vary. 

• Please allow for additional shipping time in case of delays.

• All shipping fees are in addition to the cost of the item, unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping fees are based on the product type, and size, and weight.

• Most original paintings have shipping fees of around $23.71 - $32.66 CAD, although this is not an exact or guarantee. Larger pieces are likely to have slightly higher shipping costs. Shipping fees may vary or be slightly greater than this for paintings larger than 16" x 20" in size, or in orders consisting of multiple pieces.

• Most fine art prints have shipping fees of around $7.31 - $16.88 CAD, although this is not an exact or guarantee, and larger prints (including canvas prints) are likely to have slightly higher shipping costs. Shipping fees may vary or be slightly greater than this for prints larger than 12" x 18" in size, or in orders consisting of multiple pieces.

• Shipping fees for International Orders [including the United States] may require additional duty/tariff/customs fees after the order has been placed, or after the order has been dispatched**. I will do my best to try and avoid extra shipping charges to you after you have placed your order, but please understand that (particularly after your order has been dispatched) it is not always possible for me to do so.

** Buyer is always responsible for any customs, import fees/taxes, tariffs, duties, return charges, and any other additional fees [otherwise not specified] that may be encountered after the order has been dispatched. 

• Liability coverage [shipping insurance] is always included with the shipment of every painting and print.

  • This guarantees that if any purchase gets damaged or lost in the shipment process, the postal service will either notify or return the package to me, and the cost of your purchase can be re-processed or refunded to you.

• A signature upon delivery will be required by default in all orders valued at $250.00 CAD or more [excluding the cost of shipping]. Orders valued at less than $250.00 CAD will not require a signature upon delivery, and will be delivered without, by default. 

• I do my very best to ensure that all pieces are well-protected and shipped as securely as possible. However, after the package has been dispatched, and the handling is up to the postal service, I can no longer be held accountable, and accidents can happen. If something happens to your piece during the shipment process, and a full refund has been issued, I will be happy to re-create your piece for you. Please understand that in this case, we will need to start the process from the beginning as your previous purchase will have been fully refunded. Click here for more information on refunds.

• Your orders will always come well-protected, to prevent damage during the shipment process.

• All packaging materials, to the best of my abilities, come from reused/recycled materials. This can mean that specific packaging materials can vary from order to order.

• Original acrylic paintings on canvas [including commissions] are packaged with protective wrapping, and are shipped in boxes with extra padding and protective filler to ensure a tight-fit, and to help keep the piece secure during travel. Boxes are labelled "fragile" for safe handling.

• Fine art prints are always shipped flat, either wrapped in protective packaging, placed on top of a sturdy backing surface, and placed inside a padded poly-mailer or tight-fitting box, or are shipped in a hard envelope. This is to help prevent the print from creasing. Packages are labelled "fragile" for safe handling.

• Canvas prints may be shipped either flat or in a cylindrical mailing tube, depending on materials on-hand. Packages are labelled "fragile" for safe handling.

• If you are looking to purchase more than one item, and are concerned about having to pay for shipping more than once, please contact me for shipping fee adjustments before placing your order.

• Prints can be purchased at any time. When stock quantities run low, prints may be made-to-order, meaning that they are created as they are purchased, to reduce waste and overproduction. Please understand that this process can take additional procesing time. I will always keep you updated with the delivery time-frame of your order.

• Original paintings are one-of-a-kind, meaning that there is only ever ONE in stock. In any case of accidental advertisement of an original painting that is not actually in stock/available, which results in a purchase or order that cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

• As shipping procedures can sometimes be unpredictable, I appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding!
