In most cases*, original paintings and fine art prints may be eligible for return if a refund is requested within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.
Artwork must be returned in its original condition**.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email contact.teresatreen@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos/other information [especially in cases of damaged items] within 14 days of purchase.
We will respond to your email within 5-7 business days with detailed instructions, including the return address.
Once you have received instruction/return address, carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging. If the original materials are unavailable, use equivalent protective packaging.
Ship the package to the return address [buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs] through a trackable service. We recommend insuring the product, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit [unless damaged on arrival].
Once your return has been received and inspected, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact.teresatreen@gmail.com with your name and order number, and any other relevant information within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product, as well as its original packaging, and any other information you would like to provide.
Once your email has been received, we will work to resolve the issue, either to replace the damaged item or to provide you with a full refund.
Paintings and Prints are insured to their cost value. This guarantees that if any purchase gets damaged or lost during the shipment process, the postal service will either notify or return the package to me, and a full refund can then be issued.
If an original painting is damaged in transit, and a full refund is issued, I will be happy to re-create your piece for you - please understand in this case that additional time will be required, as your piece will need to be restarted from the beginning.
All orders are shipped with tracking information and shipping insurance, covering the total value of the order incase of loss or damage.
Eligible orders will be shipped through Canada Post's Expedited Shipping service. Eligibility is determined solely based on where the order is being shipped to [the mailing address you've provided]. Click here for more information on what this service includes.
Orders not shipped with Canada Post's Expedited Shipping will be shipped through the next equivalent service [UPS, Purolator, or FedEx]. This applies to most international orders, including those to the United States. All orders will come with shipping insurance and tracking information, regardless of which service is used.
